The majority of hardwood decking sold in Australia today is imported rain forest timber from South East Asia and we think that is wrong. There are plenty of native species harvested from Australian Forestry Standards (AFS) certifi ed forests here in Queensland that are world class in terms of durability and performance. The species you see here are all local from the East Coast of Australia and are all kiln dried and machined here in Australia for Australian conditions. Come into Windsor and see 16 different styles of decking in a working display including all the species featured here along with treated pine and even plastic wood fibre composite decking. We also sell a full range of specialist wood care products ideal for keeping your deck looking great and lasting for years to come. Just remember that all timber needs protection from the elements and wherever possible we recommend installing your deck under cover. Below is just a sample of our huge range.
