The Frame and Truss operation enables builders to acquire a complete house lot package including truss and frame, aluminium windows and doors, fix out and everything in between all on one quotation, making the process so much simpler.

Bretts Frame and Truss utilises the latest Pryda technology with proven
results to provide a total system package, based on fully integrated
software and networked production systems.
Bretts Frame and Truss can handle the most complex roof design and
modify roof planes and pitches with corresponding three dimensional
viewing. Its exceptional versatility includes the design of non-triangulated
trusses and individual data outputs to your own requirements.
Roof trusses allow clear spans of up to 20 metres which means ceilings
and floors can be laid in one operation before adding internal walls.
Load free walls also allow more usable space.

Frame and Truss - Floor

Bretts Frame and Truss utilises the Pryda "Longreach" open timber
web floor truss system that offers large cantilevers and stiffer floors
to give greater scope to building designers.
The open timber web design allows easy installation of ductwork and
services, and the design software provides for accurate location of large
rectangular ducts.
Pryda Longreach is a premium performance floor and rafter truss system
using all timber webs and chords for maximum stiffness, and can be
manufactured to any depth required from 240 to 600mm. A major feature
of all-timber Longreach is that low-cost increases in depth will signifi cantly
increase span capacity or stiffness.

Bretts Frame and Truss prefabricated products are the fastest way
to get a frame erected. They are manufactured exactly to plan and
fully engineered for optimum strength and greater design flexibility.
We use world-best manufacturing equipment including saws and
assembly systems linking to Pryda Wall, the most advanced timber
frame solution program available, for accurate cutting and marking
from computer data. And the wall frames are computer designed
to accept truss roof loads.
