53 percent of the Bretts workforce is over the age of 40 and 37 percent are over 45. Our philosophy is to recruit based on skills and experience not based on age. In fact some our best recent recruits in recent time have been over the age of 45. Our Health & Wealth Program provides us with the tools to help retain our mature age workforce. More than 5 percent of our staff are working on a permanent part-time basis in levels which range right across store staff to management roles. Bretts are a progressive and ever expanding aluminium window and door manufacturing business our factory is located on the north side of Brisbane. We are seeking experienced window and door fabricators to help our factory maintain its high levels of production, quality and service.
We manufacture a wide range of products and our factory does not run as a processing unit so we are seeking people with a wide range of skills, initiative and people that can get on with the job with minimal supervision.
